Listen and observe
We begin with your goals, training and injury history, current limitations, and the movements that matter to you.
01 / THE STARTING POINT
I don’t assume how you move. The Biomechanical Audit is where I take the time to understand your movement, your history, and the demands of your goals before I decide what work you actually need.

This is the part I take seriously. Before I prescribe a programme, I want to understand the full picture: what you are trying to do, where movement breaks down, what you have tried, and what your body can currently tolerate. We look at the whole movement and then investigate the specific capacities behind it.
We begin with your goals, training and injury history, current limitations, and the movements that matter to you.
I assess how you move as a whole, then look closer at the joints, positions, and capacities that may be holding you back.
You leave with clear priorities and a practical starting point. If coaching is right for you, the programme is built from what we find and reassessed as you progress.
